🌸 Spring Camping at Bowhayes Farm: Blossom, Birds & Blue Skies

🌸 There’s something special about spring at Bowhayes Farm

After the quiet of winter, our little corner of East Devon begins to hum with life again. The cider orchard bursts into bloom, buzzing with pollinators and full of promise for the season ahead. It’s a magical time to pitch up or settle into our glamping hut, surrounded by birdsong, blossom, and big skies.

🌞 Wake to Birdsong and Blossom

Spring mornings at Bowhayes start with light streaming through the trees, birds calling from the hedgerows, and the gentle rustle of new leaves. Our cider apple orchard is especially beautiful—rows of trees covered in delicate white and pink blossom, filling the air with scent.

🦋 You’ll spot bees, butterflies, and maybe a deer slipping through the mist. The days are warming, and evenings are perfect for stargazing beside the firepit, or for guests in our glamping hut Pippin, curling up beside the log burner with a book and a warm drink.

🐦 Wildlife All Around

Birds are busy building nests in the hedgerows, and nature is bursting into life. Just a 20-minute walk from the farm, you may be lucky enough to spot local beavers at work or otters along the quiet riverbanks. Bring binoculars and take your time—it’s truly magical to see.
