Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: Feel free to arrive any time after 2:00 PM.

• Check-Out: Please vacate by 11:00 AM to allow us to prepare for our next guests.
   

Registration & Admission

• We’re delighted to have you! Please register at the reception upon arrival.

• If you’re under 18, ensure you’re accompanied by your parent or legal guardian.
   

Arrivals and Departures

• Running late? No worries—give the Farm Office a heads-up. We hold bookings for 24 hours, after which we may reallocate your space.

• Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or discounts for early departures or delays due to weather. We appreciate your understanding!
   

Your Stay and Site Rules

• Our friendly Farm Office staff will help you check in. If you arrive when the office is closed, you’ll find contact details in your welcome message to guide you.

• To modify your booking, please do so at least 2 days in advance to avoid a £10 fee.

• We love furry friends! Guide dogs and pre-approved pets are welcome, but please keep them under control.

• Feel free to swap your car for a motorbike in your booking at no extra charge.

• Bookings are personal to you and cannot be transferred.

• If anything bothers you during your stay, please talk to us directly while you're here; we’re here to help!
   

Accommodation & Facilities

• A £100 deposit for rented units is collected at check-in and returned at check-out, provided everything is as you found it.

• To keep everyone safe, please no open flames in rental units. Remember, a tidy unit at check-out avoids a £50 charge.

• Our facilities are unisex and non-smoking—thanks for respecting this!
   

Pitching Up & Keeping Safe

• Use pup tents for storage only and follow our guidelines when setting up your space.

• Bring your own bedding and maintain a comfortable distance between pitches.

• Enjoy a BBQ, but keep it off the ground and supervised. Remember, no firearms allowed.

• The farm is a lively place; keep a close watch on your little ones and pets.

• Bringing a torch might be handy for darker areas, and please steer clear of the animals—they’re friendly but best observed from a distance.
   

Vehicles & Visitors

• Park vehicles in the designated areas only, and please minimise movement from 11:30 PM to 7 AM.

• We keep our community cosy by not allowing external visitors.

• Our Farm Office closes at 4:30 PM, but if you're arriving late, just let us know, and we'll make sure everything’s set for your arrival.
