Beautiful countryside farm
One of the main selling points this is not really a camping site with marked out areas where you get put in like a grazing animal. This is a farming families home and land where you end up feeling like a friend rather than a guest. Orchard provides a lovely shade which helps to not overheat in the morning. Evenings are beautiful with birds around and you can hear owls around. All in all a brilliant place to stay if you prefer a slightly more secluded and not a bunched up camping this is the place to go!

Absolutely lovely stay
We stayed at 10 campsites this summer and this went straight into our top 3 ! The orchard itself is lovely, huge pitches - we felt like we were literally the only ones there ! Toilets and shower are great, and the little shop is absolutely perfect. Most of all Howard and Fiona are so welcoming, helpful and kind it was a joy to stay at this campsite ! Great location too - could not recommend more.f hot water and an excellent shower. The area is extremely peaceful and is a great place to relax.

Delightful small camp site with lovely hosts in a picturesque setting
Loved the large amount of space between pitches and that it's such a small camp site. The owners are really nice and friendly, driving us to and fro our camping spot with our camping our gear in his 4x4 which was a lovely unexpected bonus. It's a lovely quiet place surrounded by greenery, a lovely place to get out into nature. we very much enjoyed our time here and the town was only a relatively short walk away which was equally as delightful.

Brilliant wilderness camping for a back to basics off grid experience
Howard is a fantastic host, giving everything you need for your stay and more. Beautiful orchard, loved the quiteness and secluded nature of the pitches, and the tractor ride up to the pitch was an unexpected bonus. The outback shower fits the picture perfectly.

Lovely camping spot in an orchard
I loved camping in Howard’s orchard. I would highly recommend this place for a unique camping experience. The facilities were clean and the views were lovely. We camped on a standard tent pitch but there were some yurts available too, that looked very nice. Howard, the host, was friendly and informative. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

A fantastic and quiet site
A fantadtic and quiet site, we had such a relaxing time with lots of space and picturesque views. The utilities were great, especially the shower. All staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even making a fuss over our dogs. We will definitely be staying again. An ideal spot if you want to unwind and get away from the world for a while.
